Simply order your products in our webshop. After submitting your order, you will receive an automated PRELIMINARY order confirmation. We will check if all ordered goods are still in stock and send you a final confirmation by e-mail. In this final confirmation you will also find the payment info.
All prices are incl. Dutch VAT and excl. other levies and excl. shipping costs . In case the delivery address is outside of the Netherlands, the buyer is reponsible for eventual required taxes and (import) duties.

Delivery times are only applicable if the products are in stock. Transport damage and failures should be reported within 24 hours.
Orders will be shipped using DHL or PostNL Parcel Services or can be picked up in our BMX store in Aarle-Rixtel. Products in stock will be shipped when money is in. Next day service within the Netherlands (not on Saturdays).
Delivery times may only be used as indication, and Pauls Boutique BMX will never be liable for damage as a result of exceeding the indicated delivery time.
After placing an order, we will keep you informed on the order process. You can track the status of your order with the link that is provided in your order confirmation mail. Furthermore you will receive automated information emails if the order status changes.
Detailed order status information:
- Pending: your order has been placed at Paul's Boutique BMX and is pending to be shortly reviewed by our staff.
- Processed: your order has been reviewed and processed. In case you have chosen to pay by bank transfer, you will receive an email with our bank details and are requested transfer the order amount to our bank account.
- Confirmed: your order is confirmed and prepared for shipping or pickup in our store. In case of shipping, your order will be packed and offered to the parcel service within one working day. Store orders can be picked up during the regular opening hours. Outside regular opening hours you can contact us for an appointment. You can pay with cash or PIN in our shop.
- Cancelled: the order has been cancelled (on your request). Please also check our "Cancel order" FAQ.
In case of an order, we will first check if all products you ordered are in stock. After that, you will receive a final order confirmation with the payment details based on the requested payment method during ordering.
The confirmation e-mail will contain the order value incl. (Dutch) VAT. The shipping cost will be mentioned separately.
